The conference consists of presentations and workshops, plenary sessions and a poster session. Before the workshops on Wednesday (25th March 2009) tutorials on current knowledge management issues are held by experts. During the workshops on Wednesday (25th March 2009), Thursday (26th March 2009) and Friday (27th March 2009) current knowledge management issues will be presented and discussed and the results will be elaborated.
